Coming SoonFrom $295My background as an MMA fighter gave me a firsthand understanding of the importance of recovery. Having completed demanding fight camps and significant weight cuts throughout my career, I experienced the benefits of IV hydration personally and saw the difference it made in how I recovered and how I performed on the night. You've already put in the hard work, recover properly and reap the rewards of that effort.
Weight cuts are brutal. In the final days before a weigh-in, fighters can lose 5–10% of their body weight through dehydration. That fluid loss doesn't just show on the scales.
2% dehydration has been proven to reduce strength, reaction time and decision making by up to 30%.
Fighting is a game of inches. When the margins are that small, a 30% edge makes all the difference.
Oral rehydration takes time your body doesn't have. IV fluid therapy delivers directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the gut entirely. A 1L saline or Hartmann's infusion in the hours between weigh-in and fight time means you step into the cage rehydrated, sharper, and closer to peak output.
Daniel is a registered paramedic and former MMA competitor who has personally used IV rehydration during fight camps. He knows what the cut feels like, and what proper recovery looks like.
